This is the first decaf coffee we’ve ever featured, and it’s the first single origin decaf coffee we’ve come across. Most decaf coffees are a blend of beans from different growing regions throughout the world, whereas this coffee comes from microlots in Pedregal de Inza in Colombia’s Cauca Valley.
Stumptown describes its flavor: “A cherry-like acidity sets the tone for a supremely balanced cup laden with flavors of honey, cane sugar and brownie.”
