Ah! A new coffee to explore! We look forward  to getting to know this one as it has bedazzled us with amazing berry flavors, most notably, raspberry!

Stumptown shares its story: “The Adado Cooperative, one of many coops within the larger Yirgacheffe Coffee Farmers cooperative Union, recently upgraded their washing station infrastructure causing their membership to soar. This Gedeo Zone cooperative built new drying beds, educated local farmers about sustainable processes and added an eco depulper. Fully red coffee cherries were carefully selected during harvest, hand-sorted, washed and then dried on traditional raised beds. FLAVORS: Aromatics laden with brown sugar, clove and orange blossom open the floodgates for a cup bursting with fruit flavors ranging from raspberry and bing cherry to meyer lemon.”
