A collection of Oregon images by photographer Paul Carew is on display throughout February at Thump Coffee in downtown Bend. Entitled “Places & Faces Anew, Exploring the West,” the exhibit draws its inspiration from the many varied settings of Oregon’s countryside.

Inspired by birds and bicycles, local painter Nikki Hoke Horner created the series of oil paintings on display throughout December at Thump Coffee in downtown Bend.

Scenes from Central Oregon by local photographer Kristin Klus grace our walls this month. Klus’s works bridge the gap between classic darkroom photography and newer digital techniques in the artist’s self-described quest to create photographs “as powerful as nature itself.”
